45-minute Voice • Violin • Viola lesson
Voice
A 45-minute private voice lesson is ideal for singers who want more time than a 30-minute session, but may not need a full hour. This lesson length allows for a deeper, more personalized focus on the individual singer while still keeping the session focused and manageable.
Each voice lesson is custom-tailored to the singer’s unique voice, strengths, goals, musical style, and personal interests. Whether a student wants to grow in classical singing, musical theatre, worship music, pop, audition preparation, or general vocal confidence, each session is designed to help bring out the best in their voice.
During the lesson, we will focus on healthy vocal technique through the connection of voice, body, and mind. Students will work on breath support, posture, tone, resonance, range, diction, expression, and musical interpretation, all while developing confidence in their own sound and style.
This lesson is a great option for singers who are ready to grow beyond the basics, refine their technique, explore repertoire, and move closer toward their personal musical goals.
Violin • Viola
A 45-minute private string lesson is a great option for intermediate violin and viola students who are becoming more serious about their musical growth. This lesson length allows for more focused time on technique, musical development, and repertoire while still keeping the session structured and manageable.
These lessons are designed for students who already have some playing experience and are ready to strengthen their skills, prepare for auditions, and grow as confident performers. We will continue building a strong technical foundation through posture, bow control, left-hand development, intonation, shifting, rhythm, scales, etudes, and tone production.
Students may work through method books, studies, and supplemental materials such as Müller-Rusch, Wohlfahrt, Kreutzer, and Suzuki studies, along with solo repertoire selected according to their level, goals, and musical interests.
This lesson is especially helpful for students preparing for school orchestra placement, auditions, recitals, concerts, honor ensembles, or other performance opportunities. Each lesson is custom-tailored to help the student grow in technique, musicianship, confidence, and expression.
